主要應(yīng)用于塑膠流延、壓延、涂層、皮革等行業(yè)及服裝材料的表面壓光。

★ 引進(jìn)國(guó)外優(yōu)先磨光、拋光設(shè)備，粗糙度Ra0.005μm~Ra0.01μm（光潔度14級(jí)），可在各種金屬材質(zhì)的表面進(jìn)行鏡面加工，確保輥面的同軸度,圓柱度等達(dá)到0.002mm~0.01mm。
★ 材質(zhì)選用45#無(wú)縫鋼管或合金鋼，經(jīng)熱處理、機(jī)械加工而成，表面鍍硬鉻拋光后硬度達(dá)HRC62，輥體中空可依客戶要求安裝雙層或多層流道，可同時(shí)同體進(jìn)行冷卻和加熱，變形<0.01mm。
